Thank you for choosing Arose Expressions for your photography needs. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and capturing your special moments with professionalism and care. Please review the following policy regarding tardiness and rescheduling:
Tardiness Policy
Arrival Time: Our photographers strive to arrive promptly at the scheduled start time of your photo session. We understand the importance of your time and aim to respect it by being punctual.
Client Arrival: We kindly request that clients arrive at the designated location for the photo session at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This ensures that we can begin promptly and make the most of our time together.
Grace Period: We allow a grace period of 15 minutes for tardiness. If a client is late for the scheduled photo session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the remaining time may not be extended. The client will still be expected to pay in full for the service.
Impact on Session: Please note that tardiness may result in a shortened session duration or fewer photos captured, depending on the availability of the photographer and the schedule for the day.
You will be charged for the service if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours prior to the appointment time. All deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Advance Notice: If you need to reschedule your photo session, please provide us with at least 72 hours of advance notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate your request whenever possible.
Unforeseen Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as illness or emergencies, requiring last-minute rescheduling. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs with compassion and flexibility.
Weather Conditions: In the event of inclement weather that may impact the safety or quality of the photo session (e.g., heavy rain, extreme heat), we may need to reschedule for the safety and comfort of everyone involved.
